Harmony School of Innovation is excited to announce the appointment of Benjamin Falcon as the new principal for the 2020-2021 school year.
Mr. Falcon joined Harmony Public Schools in 2009, following nine years of teaching service within the public and the private education sector. His career began at Harmony Science Academy San Antonio, where he taught middle school mathematics for two years before being named an assistant principal of Harmony Science Academy Austin. Mr. Falcon served as assistant principal and district testing coordinator for three years for the Austin area schools before he was appointed as a school leader for the Harmony Science Academy Pflugerville. He served the community as a school principal for three years before he took on a challenging international career. He was the principal of an international school in North Sumatra region of Indonesia between 2016 and 2019 where he led the campus to become an International Baccalaureate (IB) school. Mr. Falcon returned to the U.S. and served as a school principal in Oklahoma from 2019 to 2020 in a public charter school and has now moved to El Paso to accept his new role as Principal of Harmony School of Innovation. Mr. Falcon has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Education.
