Please fill out this Student Chromebook Request Form if you are in need of a Chromebook computer or internet service for your enrolled student(s) at Harmony School of Innovation – El Paso.
ONE GOOGLE FORM ENTRY PER STUDENT IS REQUIRED.
IMPORTANT CUT OFF TIMES TO REQUEST CHROMEBOOK:
**If you submit this Google form by Thursday, July 30th – 5 pm, the pick up of Chromebooks will be Wednesday, August 5th from 9 am – 3 pm.
**If you submit this Google form after Thursday, July 30th – 5 pm, the pick up of Chromebooks will be Friday, August 7th from 9 am – 3 pm.
**Chromebook pick up will be on a drive-through basis and located at the high school exit. (Northwest corner of the building – closest to Walgreens) Please enter from Rushing Rd. There will be two lanes of traffic. Last names A – K will be on left; Last names L – Z on right.
**You will need to know your Skyward Student Number (starts with a 400 or 800) to complete this Google Form. ** Parents must show a valid ID at the time of Chromebook pick-up.
Goal: Expand Distance Learning Opportunities for students who need technology at home
Harmony Public Schools is committed to helping students and their teachers continue learning outside of school. Students with no technology devices available for at-home learning may receive a Chromebook for their use at home. Students who do not have internet access at home may receive a hotspot.
